Despite this, many still believe admitting to needing help is a sign of weakness, a failure to cope alone. That’s not true; it shows great strength to seek professional help. Sometimes, you can feel overwhelmed by other people’s problems. However, it’s important to prioritize your own health and well-being. If a friendship or relationship only drains your energy and offers no strength, it’s legitimate to draw a line. Staying true to yourself and maintaining your boundaries is crucial. Helping others doesn’t mean sacrificing yourself.
